We pride ourselves on speedy dispatch and reliable delivery, so you can start enjoying your Boom Shankar goodies as soon as possible!
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days of purchase from our Noosaville, QLD warehouse. Please note that during and after SALE or peak periods (such as Black Friday or Christmas), dispatch may take an extra 3–5 business days.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey from sunny Noosa right to your door.

$10 AUD flat rate for orders under $149 AUD
Express Shipping – $15 AUD flat rate (1–3 business days, depending on location)

Delivery time: 3-7 days

$45 USD flat rate on orders under $100USD

US DUTIES & TAXES
Orders shipped to the USA are delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so there are no extra customs duties at delivery. All duties and import charges are included in the price you pay at checkout. Please note: depending on your state, you may still be liable for Use Tax, which is payable directly to your state tax authority.
New Zealand
Delivery time: 7–28 business days (allow extra time for rural areas)
Free shipping on all orders over $200 NZD.
$15 NZD flat rate for orders under $200 NZD.

EU Duties & VAT
All duties and taxes are payable by the customer upon delivery. Your parcel will be shipped DAP (Delivered At Place), meaning any applicable import fees are not included at checkout and may be charged on arrival.

Delivery time: 7–14 business days (depending on location)
Flat rate shipping: $35 AUD
Shipped via Australia Post International Express (EMS) with full tracking.
Taxes & Duties:
We do not charge Australian GST on international orders. Your country’s customs may apply VAT, GST, duties, or processing fees before delivery—these are not included in our shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
